By booking an appointment, you agree to Ao Luxe's appointment policies.

Due to Covid-19, no guests or visitors allowed during your appointment.

M I C R O B L A D I N G

Touch-Ups  & Additional Sessions

We recommend and emphasize it is imperative that you schedule your follow-up second session 4-8 weeks after your initial session. The first of the 2-step microblading process allows us to see how well your skin retained pigment. The second session allows us to add depth to brows if needed, fill in any faded areas and re-touch as needed. Healing depends on each person and how carefully the After-Care Instructions are followed. Generally, touch-ups are always needed to achieve desired results. The complimentary and also mandatory microblading second session must occur within 8 weeks of your first initial session or it becomes a full price microblading first session. If you haven't shown for the appointment or keep rescheduling it out, check your calendar - you may have time to enjoy the complimentary artistry and avoid the additional full price.

Depending on time frame from your last appointment, additional sessions will be charged accordingly. 

We do not touch-up other artist's work. Please consult with us and email photo of current eyebrows prior to booking an appointment as it may require more work, depending on the fading and color of your existing eyebrow tattoos. This may result in a higher rate for microblading.

Deposits

All deposits are non-refundable.

We require a $200 deposit in order to book and confirm your first microblading appointment. This deposit will be deducted from the total cost of the service. We require a 48-hour notice to reschedule or cancel your appointment. Last minute cancellations or No-Shows result in forfeiting the deposit.

We require a deposit of half the total cost of service for microblading additional sessions(after mandatory follow up) and annual touch-up appointments within 12 to 16 months. This deposit will be deducted from the total cost of the service. We require a 48-hour notice to reschedule or cancel your appointment. Last minute cancellations or No-Shows result in forfeiting the deposit. The deposit requirement details are as follows:

​- additional session 4-7 months: $100

- additional session 7-10 months: $150

- annual touch-up 12 to 16 months from initial session: $150

- annual touch-up 16 months from initial session: $200

Online booking for microblading is only available for first-time Ao Luxe microblading clients. If your brows have other artist's microblading work, please contact us directly before booking online. DISCLAIMER: By proceeding with requesting a microblading appointment via our online booking platform, you understand and accept the following:

(1) This amount is subtracted from the total price and the remaining balance due at your appointment.

(2) By paying this nonrefundable deposit, you have confirmed you are a microblading candidate by reading through all information at www.aoluxe.com/microblading and have consulted with us regarding any questions or concerns you may have.

(3) You understand by requesting this service, you must select to link your card on file and upon approval of your requested appointment, the card you have selected will be charged the $200.00 deposit amount. Once successfully charged, you may unlink the card at anytime.

Cancellations

We require a 48-hour notice before cancelling your appointment to avoid forfeiting your deposit. You will need to contact us to reschedule.

Results

Every client heals differently so results will vary with each individual. Additional sessions, at an additional charge, are available in order to achieve desired results as we do not guarantee successful results, especially on problematic skin. We use premium products and provide quality service but due to different healing per individual and many factors, this can lead to varied results. A vital portion of your appointment will be spent meticulously selecting your brow shape and color until you agree.

Healed results vary with each and every client. Using a pencil or powder may still be needed. We do NOT have control over what occurs during the healing process. Absolutely NO guarantee will be made. Additional sessions, charged accordingly, may be required to obtain optimal results.

Please read. Upon your arrival, should we determine that you canNOT have the procedure performed on you due to a condition listed in our FAQ and Information sections, your deposit will be non-refundable. If you have consumed caffeine or alcohol before appointment regardless of restrictions explained in our Microblading FAQ and Information section and by Ao, we reserve the right to mandatory reschedule. Stay informed on CDC guidelines with the current event of COVID-19.

Appointment Reservations

Valid credit/debit card information is required to reserve any service.

No charges will be made before appointment time

"No Shows" will be charged 100% of the reserved service amount​.

To reschedule an appointment, ​please follow link provided in your appointment confirmation notifications.

Cancellations

To cancel an appointment, contact Ao Luxe via call or text within 24 hours of scheduled appointment.
"No Shows" will be charged 100% of the reserved service amount.

Cancellations within 2 hours of appointment time will result in card being charged 50% of the reserved service amount. Our time is valuable and our waitlist of clients would love the opportunity for your appointment time so please give appropriate notice within 24hrs.

Cancellation via email or social media direct messages are not accepted as appropriate notice.

Appointment Etiquette

Please arrive at least 5 minutes early for your appointment so we may begin your appointment on time at scheduled time.​

Late arrivals ​​will not extend past allotted scheduled time so services will be adapted to fit within remaining time.

Late arrivals will be charged for services initially scheduled. 

Services are by appointment only.

For safety purposes, children who accompany you but are not receiving service must remain with you at all times.​​

For safety purposes, we do not recommend our services to any clients who are or have any of the following: viral infections or diseases. We reserve the right to a mandatory reschedule. Keep yourself informed on CDC guidelines with the current event of COVID-19.

 

Payments

For parties of 5 or more, a 30% gratuity will be added to all services.​

We accept only credit cards, debit cards, cash and Ao Luxe gift certificates upon payment at completion of service.

Ao Luxe gift certificates

Non-refundable​ and may not be redeemed for cash​.

Gift certificates may not be used in the purchase of other gift cards.

The gift certificate must be presented at the time of service purchase and available balance will be applied to the transaction. Any unused balance will remain on the digital card or will be reflected on physical certificates.

Ao Luxe is not responsible for lost or stolen gift certificates so be sure to hold them in a safe place.​​​
